Q.
Do you provide a warranty?
A. Yes. We provide a warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own
the vehicle. The sealing of any glass is guaranteed with the exception
of leaking due to body deterioration such as rust.
Q.
How long does it take to replace my windshield?
A. An installation can
take at least three hours depending on the vehicle and type of damage.
We use special sealants that allow a safe drive-away time within one
hour of completion of the installation.
Q.
Are your installers as well as your company certified?
A. Absolutely. Our installers
may be certified by any one or all of the following groups, manufacturers,
or associations; NGA (National Glass Association), Dow Chemical Company,
and Lynx Services from PPG. In addition we are registered AGRSS (Auto
Glass Repair Safety Standards), UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.),
and have obtained the Good Housekeeping seal, through our PPG Prostars
alliance.
Q.
What service do you offer to meet my demanding schedule?
A. We understand your busy,
we offer free pick-up & delivery service, shuttle service, and have
mobile service at your home or office to accommodate you. Due to inclement
weather such as rain or snow mobile service is not always feasible,
we will never comprise the safety of our installations!
Q.
What about my inspection and registration stickers?
A. Not a problem, we are
usually able to transfer your stickers to your new windshield. By law
we cannot transfer any out dated ones. We can also affix any new stickers
you may have.
Q.
Do you use DOT (Department of Transportation) certified glass with every
replacement and how do you ensure quality?
A. All of our glass is
DOT-certified. We inspect every piece for scratches during transportation
or blemishes from the factory. In addition we have a pre- and post-inspection
worksheet that we fill out for every job.
